Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Real Estate Sales + Development
For Ayanna Barton, there is no better compliment than earning the trust of satisfied clients. “They should never feel pressured into buying, selling or renting,” she says. “I want to make sure they are happy with their final decision, which means providing them with all the time, resources and market analysis necessary for finding them the perfect home.”
This unaggressive yet thorough approach has helped Ayanna win over her clients since entering real estate. A reliable representative with an unwavering commitment to loyalty and extraordinary customer service, Ayanna’s integrity and track record of delivering results have enabled her to develop long-lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, renters, landlords and building managers. “While the real estate process can be stressful, a successful broker must put a client’s mind at ease no matter their budget or what side of the deal they’re on.”
Knowledgeable in various New York City neighborhoods, Ayanna has particular expertise in downtown Manhattan and in Brooklyn, the borough she has happily called home for the last three years. “New York City never ceases to amaze me with its countless hidden treasures,” she says. “From the West Village and Soho to Park Slope and Carroll Gardens, there are amazing little finds around every corner and I love uncovering that needle in the haystack for my clients.”
Prior to starting her career in real estate, Ayanna worked in television and film production and continues to do freelance work from time to time. As a producer she learned how to work with and manage many different personalities, a skill that has come in handy during complicated real estate negotiations.
Originally from Westchester, New York, Ayanna graduated from Hofstra University with a BA in Communication Arts. In addition to real estate, television and film, Ayanna is also a passionate artist and has completed a large collection of paintings over the years, something most of her clients do not know. In addition to these hobbies, she enjoys trying new restaurants and lounges in Brooklyn and frequenting the borough’s many parks, educational activities and free outdoor events during the spring and summer.
